We are proud to offer unique suckling pig (“cochinillo”) cooked the traditional way in our wood fired oven with American red oak wood (minimum 12 hours reservation required), 100% natural grass fed Seminole Pride Angus Beef cooked over Spanish volcanic rocks at 550º, fresh fish from Northern Spain, and much more.
